Challenge

It is difficult for people (Millennials and Gen X) to be involved in the mental and physical well-being routines of their aging family members who don’t live with them. We took this opportunity to design a product that solves urgent care needs through simple yet upcoming technology.

Target Audience Research

  1. A good amount of the aging community doesn’t pay attention to their own mental and physical health 

  2. Physical health was their top concern for their aging family members followed by mental health 

  3. 50 percent of them buy health-related tech to monitor their loved one's health 

  4. Communication apps are the most common way our target audience keeps in touch with their aging family members 

  5. 70 percent audience lives far away from their aging family members due to work or study
